Hello Everyone,
I was invited several months back to speak at a law firm this past week. When they mentioned it would be in person I was very excited! Since Covid, my corporate wellness talks have been online, and while that has worked out very well, there is something really nice about being in person.
For one, the energy and connection you receive from the group in person is much different from online. Also, employees feel more comfortable approaching me in private about their health concerns after the talk.
Since the employees at this company are still working hybrid, those at home joined by Zoom and the others in office. There will be follow up 1-1 nutrition consultations for the employees too.
As many of you may know, I worked in a corporate career for over 20 years and feel very passionate about bringing wellness to the workplace. Employees need it! They needed it then and need it now more than ever.
