My Story

A Gift of Health

I’m Amy Salman, and I want to give you the gift of health—one that I first gave myself and now passionately share with others.

My Journey: From Struggle to Strength

For years, I battled debilitating digestive issues, chronic stress, relentless sugar cravings, and ultimately, the symptoms of Hashimoto’s disease. Doctors provided prescriptions but no real answers, leaving me frustrated and searching for more. Determined to reclaim my well-being, I took my health into my own hands.

Through targeted dietary changes, I witnessed a remarkable transformation—my symptoms eased within weeks, and in just a few months, I was able to safely taper off unnecessary medications.

Now, I help others do the same.

By uncovering the root causes of your health challenges, I’ll guide you toward a personalized wellness plan designed to restore balance, energy, and vitality.

The Early Signs: A Life of Unexplained Pain

My health struggles began early. After my mother’s sudden passing when I was just 10 years old, my body responded to the emotional trauma in ways I didn’t yet understand. By 12, I was suffering from crippling stomach pain and digestive distress, experiencing frequent and painful attacks that became my “normal.”

Despite countless doctor visits, no one could provide a clear diagnosis. By the time I finished college, my digestive issues had worsened to the point of multiple daily attacks. I was put through a series of tests and elimination diets, only to be told I was “fine.”

Doctors diagnosed me with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and sent me on my way with a prescription—yet the pain persisted.

Corporate Burnout & A New Diagnosis

As I embarked on my corporate career in NYC, my health continued to spiral. More doctor visits led to more medications, but no relief. I found myself on a growing cocktail of pills that masked symptoms but failed to address the root cause.

Then came another blow—Hashimoto’s disease, an autoimmune disorder that attacks the thyroid. I was plagued by severe brain fog, facial swelling, muscle aches, bloating, and overwhelming fatigue. Once again, the only solution doctors offered was medication, yet my symptoms remained unchanged.

The Turning Point: A Holistic Approach to Healing

I began questioning everything—especially the idea that diet had no impact on my health. Despite what my doctors told me, I intuitively knew that food played a major role.

Exhausted from years of ineffective treatments, I turned to research and began exploring how food could be used as medicine. I started making intentional dietary changes, and within weeks, I noticed my symptoms improving. Over time, I was able to eliminate the need for unnecessary medications and reclaim my vitality—without relying on prescriptions.

A New Mission: Helping Others Heal

My personal healing journey ignited a passion within me. After years of struggling with my health, I realized my true calling: helping others regain their well-being just as I had.

So, after two decades in the corporate world, I made a life-changing decision. I left my career behind to fully dedicate myself to holistic health and wellness—empowering others to take control of their health, naturally.
